Your Content and Conduct
Your account may upload content to (or stream content from) the Selfloops website and platform. You retain ownership rights in your Content. If you upload or stream Content, you must comply with Selfloops guidelines and the law. For example, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service. We may use automated systems that analyze your Content to help detect infringement and abuse. Selfloops isn’t able to mediate rights ownership disputes. When we receive a complete and valid takedown notice, we remove the content as the law requires. Selfloops does its best to protect and store your data, but it's your duty to have a copy and backup of all your content uploaded to the Selfloops platform. Selfloops uses state of the art measures and systems to securely store and backup its content. However, Selfloops does not hold any liability or guarantees for any content lost on the Selfloops platform.
Selfloops may use various transcoding services to deliver multi-bit rate video across various devices. In these cases, we may not store or backup the original file uploaded to Selfloops. You must keep a backup of all files uploaded to Selfloops as Selfloops will not be able to restore or allow the publisher to download the original file uploaded to Selfloops once it has been encoded.
Removing Your Content
You may remove your Content from the Service at any time. You also have the option to make a copy of your Content before removing it. You must remove your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms.
Removal of Content By Selfloops
If we reasonably believe that any Content is in breach of this Agreement or may cause harm to Selfloops, our users, or third parties, we may remove or take down that Content in our discretion. We will notify you with the reason for our action unless we reasonably believe that to do so: (a) would breach the law or the direction of a legal enforcement authority or would otherwise risk legal liability for Selfloops or our Affiliates; (b) would compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the Service; or (c) would cause harm to any user, other third party, Selfloops or our Affiliates.
Respect copyright. Only upload content that you made or that you're authorized to use. This means don't upload or stream content or videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations.
